Return and Refund Policy
At Normally, we want you to have a hassle-free experience with your purchase. In the event that you receive an Incorrect, Expired, or Damaged product, we are happy to facilitate a refund or replacement. Here's how to initiate a refund/replacement request:
Step 1: Email us at: info@normallyskin.com or Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, and include pictures of the wrong/expired/damaged product along with your order ID.
Step 2: Allow us 48 working hours to review your refund/replacement request.
Step 3: Upon receiving your request, we will review the damaged or expired product and initiate a return or refund process accordingly.
Step 4: Once the damaged product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on stock availability) or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or replacements in the following situations: products that have been opened, used, or altered; missing original packaging including mono cartons and labels; and requests made more than 7 days after the delivery date.
